Invoices
An invoice will be provided to you for your purchased artwork with the delivery

information provided by the buyer or amended at the time of completing a purchase,
and payments will be accepted only from the said registered buyer. In the event
that a payment is sent from elsewhere, it may be returned or could result in a delay
in the processing of the order while management considers whether a deviation from
the registration details is acceptable.
Returns & Refunds
At Khaas Gallery we endeavor to ensure that our Customers are always satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, as a gesture of goodwill we will accept returns of the purchases within a ten day grace period commencing from the date of delivery of your order. Please note that, subject to the conditions set out below, it is generally our policy, to fully reimburse the total price paid by a purchaser of the artwork, but always excluding all other costs such as those pertaining to the transportation of the artwork sent both ways, insurance, packing, airfreight, destination charges, customs duties and other taxes and impositions. You will therefore have to incur these variable costs in the unlikely event that an item is returned.
Please note that refunds of the purchase price can only be considered once the purchase has been received by the Gallery at its Islamabad premises. The Gallery’s refund policy is based on the returned purchase being in the same condition it was at the time of sale. The Gallery takes no responsibility for any loss or deterioration incurred during the course of transportation of a returned purchase to the Gallery. In the event of damage or deterioration to returned purchases, the Gallery may, at its sole discretion, agree to a partial refund of the purchase price.
